Cookies new recipe is gross.
the new cookie recipe taste stale and the cookies taste more bitter, it leaves a nasty aftertaste in your mouth. the old cookies didnt have that nasty musty taste and were sweeter tasting imo. they need to change the recipe back.

I got to the point where I was supposed to give my credit card. I gave up and threw out the rest of the package. Not sure I'll buy again for a while.

New recipe sucks
The last two packages of Chips Ahoy cookies I purchased tasted stale. So I googled if the recipe has changed, and that's apparently the problem.
They used to be my favorite cookies. I won't buy them again until they go back to the original recipe.

- - I found something in the cookie; I don't know what it is and I put it in a sandwich bag.
They sent me a pre paid box to send the foreign matter and rest of cookies back to them so their lab can test,but I'm having second thoughts once I send it back to them we all know it will be lost forever because I did get severe diarrhea that lasted dam nerve 5 hours,I think I will consult with a attorney first.

I tried to speak with a customer service representative to give feedback about the chips, ahoy cookies which are now inedible. They come right out of the bag stale.
The flavor stinks. And then when I tried to speak with a chat agent, a real life agent they wanted to charge me five dollars right now and $40 a month thereafter. Beware be careful.
They are out to get you. This is a scam.
